President
Peak Realty Chicago
My primary responsibilities at Peak Realty Chicago are to support every aspect of the team, and help owners decide what the plan is for their real estate assets. I love working in Real Estate, because it’s a real tangible asset and something that the most successful people I know touch in one way or another. We’ve setup this company to educate others on how to navigate that path to success.
I pursued an engineering degree in college at the University of Iowa (go Hawkeyes!), which really gave me a background in problem solving and thinking through things logically and operationally. A key component in building a dynamic strong team in a burgeoning and rapidly changing market. We take complicated ideas and concepts that have lots of moving parts, like investing in a real estate deal, and break it down to simple, repeatable steps and formulas that work almost like a playbook.
Early on my career, I discovered my entrepreneurial spirit and decided that the corporate world was just not for me. I live my life family first, and real estate provides the perfect balance of hard work and time to be with those that matter most. Our culture here at PRC allows us to do so. In my free time you can find me walking my dog around the many beautiful tree-lined blocks of Logan Square, and spending time with my wife and newborn baby girl, Sloane.
This place is really special, my wife and I had our wedding rehearsal in their private dining room. Owned by an old Italian family, in a building that used to be an avocado warehouse, this is a classic Chicago restaurant in a beautiful spot right along the river.
This is a Detroit company that has completely re-invigorated themselves and sprung up from the difficult times the city has had. My mom’s side of the family is from Detroit so there, 100% made in Detroit model means a lot to me.
This has been a staple in Logan Square for many years. They offer super fresh farm to table cuisine, and even with the everchanging dining landscape in Logan this place goes toe-to-toe with any others!
I love living in Logan Square. Its super green, feels almost like a European town, has great building styles, and of course incredible dining!
