Ever was created by Michelin-star chef Curtis Duffy and his business partner Michael Muser. Diners will experience an 8 – to 10-course tasting menu focused on proteins from the sea and land and seasonable vegetables, including fruits, grains, seeds, and nuts. A wine tasting curated to each night’s menu can be added for an additional cost, typically lasting 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Ever is open Tuesday-Saturday from 5 pm-10 pm.
