George’s Deep Dish is inspired by several pizzerias and each pizza has their own unique flavor and texture. The restaurant uses a Sourdough Focaccia Style Crust, Crispy Caramelized Cheese Edge, Cornmeal Base, and their Sweet Tomato Sauce. It takes several days for a pizza’s dough to individually ferment in its own container. George’s makes a limited quantity of pizzas each day. They are open Tuesday-Sunday 5 pm to sold out. Customers can reserve up to one week ahead.
