As an account manager I work with our owners, helping to manage their portfolios and our relationships with outside brokers and brokerages. I naturally gravitated towards real estate as I grew up with it. I love getting to work with and meet so many different people in an industry that has so much flexibility, and endless possibilities.
Getting to take care of buildings, many of which over 100 years old, makes me feel connected with the city’s rich history. It’s crazy to think, how many people have lived in one single apartment?
Pizza is my all-time favorite food, and I’ve got lots of recommendations: Pat’s Pizzaria for tavern style thin crust, The Art of Pizza for thin deep or pan, and of course Lou Malnati’s for the deep dish but don’t sleep on their thin crust!
I grew up attending cubs games with my family, and to this day I still get chills going past the Wrigley Field marquee.
So many of the buildings in this city are original dating back to multiple architectural styles and periods. Driving around from neighborhood to neighborhood you are almost taken on a trip through time.
My favorite pocket of the city would have to be the Southport Corridor, its almost its own little neighborhood within Lakeview, and there’s always something going on! Southport Grocery and Cafe, Coda Di Volpe, and Crosby’s Kitchen are three of my favorite spots there.
